Connections! is an exciting new ministry focused on matching North Avenue members with service needs within our church. We all want to help, but often don’t know how. Connections! is all about helping members and visitors discover the best fit for their time and talents in NAPC service ministry.

Get involved with Connections! A team is forming to organize NAPC’s first “Ministry Sunday” for Aug. and provide ongoing ministry support. People that like to “connect” with others and are available to write and speak on behalf of ministry opportunities throughout the church will enjoy working with this ministry team.

Connections! needs a few extra hands to get things rolling. Simply come to one of our organization meetings: Sunday, July 15, 11:15 a.m.; 12:15 p.m., in Room 402. or 8:00 p.m. in Room A- Broyles Ministry Center.

Specific Needs of Connections!:
• Spokespeople – Will “spread the word” and publicize service opportunities to New Member Classes, Sunday School groups and other groups as needed.
• Visual Signage – Hands on! Help create displays to support specific ministries. Help will be needed in August. No layout experience required, but creativity is a plus!
• One-on-One Connections - Work with individuals to help them find a match between their spiritual gifts and a service ministry.
• Ministry Liaisons - Help ministry team leaders publicize and recruit for service opportunities.
